Plans and pricing
Free provides the assessment workflow. Growth is listed at $250 USD per month. VIP is listed at $2,500 USD per month. Prices exclude applicable tax unless checkout states otherwise. Review the current plan description and final Stripe terms before subscribing.
Subscription management
Subscriptions renew monthly according to the checkout terms. Your Account → Subscription & billing provides available billing-management actions. Review the effective date, price and any adjustments shown by Stripe when changing plans. Cancellation does not itself delete your account, historical reports or stored documents.
VIP scope
VIP includes available Growth workspaces and the managed services described on the VIP page. Shopify Theme Builder & Migration, Point of Sale and In Store AI Advisor, and Retail University are VIP services. Retail University is currently marked coming soon. Connections, migration requirements and delivery priorities should be agreed with the account manager.
Service agreements
For managed work, document the participating stores, agreed deliverables, responsibilities, approvals, external platform costs, dependencies and delivery schedule. A signed order or service agreement should identify the legal parties and explain how it interacts with these terms. This information page is not a signed store-specific agreement.
External costs and dependencies
Third-party platform subscriptions, hardware, advertising spend, payment processing and external-provider fees may apply. The applicable order should identify which charges are included and which require separate authorization. Listing a service does not mean every external cost is covered by the membership price.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Refund eligibility, notice periods, minimum commitments and service credits must be confirmed in the final checkout terms or signed agreement. This draft does not introduce a no-refund policy or waive any statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Service changes and contacts
Review material changes to scope and pricing before accepting them. The legal contracting entity and verified support contact must be supplied before these terms are finalized.
