Legal & policies

Platform Terms

Terms for accounts, AI tools and connected workflows.

Accounts and business authority

Use an account you control and provide accurate details. You must have authority to manage the business and information you submit. Selecting a public store record does not verify legal ownership or grant access to another account. Keep sign-in credentials and verification codes private.

Your information and permissions

You retain rights you hold in your uploads and records. You authorize processing needed to provide the features you request, including use of relevant service providers. You are responsible for permission to upload customer, employee, product and creative material. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or material that infringes another party’s rights.

AI outputs and human review

Assessments, text, images and recommendations may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable material. Review facts, citations, product claims, prices, rights and audience suitability before using an output. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

Publishing and integrations

A subscription does not automatically connect an external store or authorize every external action. Features may require setup, third-party accounts or additional permissions. Review the destination and content before publishing or enabling an automation. You remain responsible for your store’s customer-facing statements and operations.

Permitted use

Do not use the platform for fraud, unlawful discrimination, unsolicited messaging without required permissions, harmful activity or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not use the service to expose another account’s information or test systems without authorization.

Availability and changes

Available workspaces, setup-dependent features and planned features are labeled separately. Features marked coming soon are not unlocked merely by subscribing. Providers may change their APIs, access rules or availability. Managed-service scope and delivery priorities should be recorded in the applicable service agreement.

Suspension and ending use

Access may need to be restricted to address security incidents, unlawful activity or unpaid subscriptions, subject to applicable law and the final agreement. Cancellation, export, account closure and data deletion are separate actions. Do not assume canceling a subscription deletes stored records. Final notice, remediation and termination procedures must be confirmed.

Contract details

These terms remain a draft. The legal entity, contact address, governing law, dispute process, liability allocation and any required data-processing terms must be confirmed. Mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
